Deployment and Reintegration Services

Are you a National Guard or Reserve member who works at VA? You may benefit from the one-on-one professional deployment and reintegration services provided by VMStep. VMStep offers free expert guidance to Military Service Members to:

  • Help them prepare an action plan for deployment.
  • Provide guidance on their rights under the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-employment Rights Act (USERRA).
  • Assist with resolving issues when they return to the VA workplace.

Many Military Service Members have already taken advantage of these services to help them better manage deployment and reintegration.
